QUALITY POLICY AND QUALITY OBJECTIVES

QUALITY BASE:

"WE ARE COMMITTED IN PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION SERVICES AND MAKING CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS IN UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT TO MEET THE SATISFACTION AND EXPECTATIONS OF CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS".

This quality policy provides a framework to all divisions/sections/units in developing, evaluating and achieving the quality objectives of the Academic Administration Division (BPA) as follows:

QUALITY OBJECTIVE:

1. Aiming for 60% of new student projections according to the University's recommendation for UMK's new student admission.

2. Prepare a comprehensive academic calendar for Senate approval for semesters one (1) and two (2).

3. Ensure that the lecture schedule is displayed three (3) weeks before the lecture session begins.

4. Ensure that 90% of senior students make course registration (pre and compulsory) before the lecture session begins.

5. Ensure that 90% of new students register for the course after paying the prescribed fee.

6. Ensure that the student record process (postponement of studies, withdrawal, program change, fee reduction) is updated according to the application category within seven (7) working days.

7. Ensure that the results of the final examination are released two (2) working days after being certified by the JKTS Examination Meeting.

8. Ensure that certificates and academic transcripts can be taken by graduates as soon as the convocation ceremony is over.
