CLIENT’s CHARTER

We are determined and promise to produce quality academic services and exercise all the rights enshrined to all our customers in a professional, ethical and integrity manner by:

CITIZEN

i.    Open the Admission Intake portal to review the results of applications to Public Universities within 3 days after the announcement of the UPU Review.

ii.    Prepare undergraduate student admission offer letter within three (3) working days after the announcement of the UPU Review.

iii.    Ensure that customer complaints and inquiries are handled or given feedback within seven (7) working days after the complaint received

STUDENTS

i.    Displaying the Academic Time Table for each semester one (1) week before lectures start.

ii.    Process room / lecture hall reservations within one (1) day from the date of receipt of the reservation.

iii.    Prepare and display the Final Exam Time Table in the 12th week of lectures before the final assessment week.

iv.    Announcing the examination results within two (2) working days after the certification of the examination results in the Senate Standing Committee (Examination) Meeting.

v.    Prepare a student completion confirmation letter no later than three (3) working days starting from the date of receiving the student's application.

vi.    Ensuring that the list of students eligible to graduate is included in the convocation website three (3) weeks before the Convocation Ceremony.

vii.    Ensuring that certificates and academic transcripts can be taken by graduates as soon as the Convocation Ceremony ended.

ACADEMIC STAFF

i.    Ensure that 100% of students who meet the graduation requirements are included in the list eligible to graduate.
