INTRODUCTION 

DEWAN TUANKU CANSELOR ZONE


Dewan Tuanku Canselor (DTC) is located at the Main Campus of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, Bachok, is a significant landmark within the university. Construction of the hall began on June 26, 2016, and it was completed on May 30, 2019. Spanning a total area of 22,813.40 square meters (245,472.18 sq. ft), the hall has a seating capacity of 1,500 people. The Dewan Tuanku Canselor was officially put into use on July 14, 2019, following approval from the University Management Committee in its 10th meeting of 2019.

The Dewan Tuanku Canselor (DTC), known as the DTC Zone, has been categorized into two subzones: Mat Kilau Subzone and Dol Said Subzone. The Mat Kilau Subzone is located on Level 2 of DTC, where the offices of the Strategic and Administration Division (BSP) and the Academic Management Center (PPA) are situated. Meanwhile, the Dol Said Subzone is on Level 3 of DTC, where the offices of the Center for Excellence and Academic Development (PKPA) and the University Quality Management Center (PPQ) are located. 

Dewan Tuanku Canselor (DTC) Zone will supports the aspirations of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) and the “Unit Pemodenan Tadbiran dan Perancangan Pengurusan Malaysia” (MAMPU) in realizing the continuous adoption of the “Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam” (EKSA) practices towards EKSA certification.
